Rural Brittany

La Foret is unique; it has direct access to a delightful, safe, sandy beach. Directly behind the beach is one of the best swimming pool complexes in Brittany. It boasts 5 water chutes, jacuzzi and even a small water chute in the children’s pool. Surprisingly it still remains a small, personalised campsite exclusive to Carisma clients who are warmly welcomed by its regular French customers.

Our mobile homes are set in the quiet, secluded grounds in thoughtfully landscaped wooded areas, ideal for families with young children who want to play and wander freely with their new friends.

A Carisma favourite for 27 years this site is run by three generations of the Boustolier family.

La Foret Fouesnant

In the evening enjoy a stroll to one of the local restaurants or bars or venture a little further to the delightful un-spoilt village of La Foret Fouesnant.
If you enjoy water sports, windsurfing or sailing you can hire all you need from the nearby marina. For golfers there is a beautiful 18 hole course running parallel to the sea.

Concarneau and Quimper

This part of Brittany is the France depicted in paintings: rolling green hills, white beaches lazing in sheltered coves, the deep blue horizon dotted with fishing boats on their visits to bustling ports. Our campsite is an ideal base for visiting this beautiful area, with the walled sea-fortress town of Concarneau only 4 miles away, the ancient cathedral city of Quimper a short drive to the west and boat trips along the Odet river within easy reach.

In addition to our range of mobile homes and unique to our campsite at La Foret, we have added the Carisma 30 Deluxe. A luxury mobile home providing all the popular features of the Carisma 30, but with 20% extra living space.

The Carisma 30 Deluxe benefits from the privacy of a separate toilet and shower room; a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and fridge freezer and full size oven, grill and gas hob; spacious double and twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, with further sleeping accommodation provided in the lounge with a fold out double bed if needed. One bed will also fold away in the twin bedroom to allow easy creation of space for a travel cot, ideal for families with infants.

The pitched tile roof and higher ceilings complete the modern bright and, spacious appeal of the home.
